The University Arts Series is your opportunity to see nationally touring performances in the intimate atmosphere of the WVU Canady Creative Arts Center Lyell B. Clay Theatre. Subscription packages beginning at four events are currently available.

Important dates:

July 29	Subscription packages for Current Subscribers (those who bought subscription packages in 2023-2024) go on sale at 10 a.m.
Aug. 11	Current Subscriber Priority Date This is the last day Current Subscribers (those with subscription packages in 2023-2024) will have first priority on seat location.
Aug. 12	Subscription packages for new subscribers go on sale at 10 a.m.
Aug. 23	Subscription Deadline. No subscription packages will be sold after this date.

A subscription is an order of at least four events. You will be able to to fully customize your experience: choose events, ticket quantities and seating location. Plus, a season subscriber can save an average of $13 per ticket (prices and savings vary by seat location).

Details to note:

• All performances are held in the Lyell B. Clay Theatre at the WVU Canady Creative Arts Center
• Subscription ticket prices are limited to four (4) per event. Additional tickets may be purchased at full price. Ticket prices may fluctuate based on demand at any time.
• There is a one-time, per-order processing fee of $5.
• Every person who enters the theater, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
• All artists and their repertoire are subject to change.
• All ticket sales are FINAL.

WVU Payroll Deduction
WVU faculty and staff may use payroll deduction to pay the cost of a Series subscription. (WVUH and UHA employees are not eligible.) A minimum order of $400.00 is required. The cost of the subscription will be split among six (6) pay periods beginning with the Sept. 20, 2024 pay date. You will be asked to add a credit card to your account. This card will not be charged unless you leave WVU.   If you are interested in payroll deduction but have not used this payment method in the past, call our box office at 304-293-SHOW (304-293-7469) BEFORE going online to place your subscription order.

Payment Plan
A minimum order of $400 is required. A $50 deposit is due on sign-up. Your remaining amount due will be divided into four (4) equal payments. Each payment is due on the 13th day of the month beginning Sept. 13, 2024. The credit card you supply will be automatically charged on these dates. Checks must be postmarked by these dates. A $3 installment fee will be added to each payment. Failure to make installment payments will result in forfeiture of tickets.
