Metropolitan Theatre


Parking
Paid parking is available in municipal lots and parking garages. Limited on-street parking available throughout downtown Morgantown. Follow this link for additional information.


Public Transportation
WVU’s Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) system: Each ride is $0.50. Patrons should ride to the Walnut Street Station which is a short walk to the Metropolitan Theatre.
Mountain Line Transit Authority: This is Morgantown’s public bus service. Route information and cost is available at Busride.org.


Box Office
WVU Arts & Entertainment does not operate a box office at the Metropolitan Theatre except on the day of the show. Our Primary Box Offices are located in the Mountainlair and Creative Arts Center. On event days, tickets will be available at the Met Theatre beginning 2 hours prior to showtime.


Will Call
Will Call is located at the Met Theatre Box Office on the day of the show beginning 2 hours prior to showtime.


Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available through our Primary Box Offices.


Event Guidelines
Permitted: small, personal cameras (no detachable lenses)
Prohibited: Outside food/drink, backpacks and large bags, audio/video recorders, coolers or hard containers, laser pointers, weapons, bottles or cans, pets. All patrons are subject to search.


Children
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Questions regarding the age-appropriateness of our events should be directed to the Box Offi ce at 304-293-SHOW.


Doors
Generally doors open one hour prior to showtime.


Refunds
All ticket sales are FINAL. Refunds are available only when an event is cancelled. All artists and their repertoire are subject to change.
