About the Event

Hollywood legend Lily Tomlin is one of America’s foremost comediennes. She has starred in television, theater, and film, and received numerous awards, including: six Emmys; two Tonys (Appearing Nitely and The Search for Intelligent Life in the Universe); a CableAce award for executive producing; and a Grammy for her comedy album This Is a Recording. Tomlin has given life to a fascinating cast of characters, from Ernestine the Operator on Laugh-In to the multiple personalities that populate The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe. Her most recent roles include Debbie Fiderer on NBC’s The West Wing and Rhonda Johnson in the film A Prairie Home Companion.
