About the Event

The best-selling solo pianist of our time, Jim Brickman brings his “On a Winter's Night” concert to the Creative Arts Center to celebrate the warmth and humor of the holiday season. Brickman's performances strike the perfect balance between raw emotion, musical intimacy and audience interaction. The twice Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling songwriter has performed in 125 cities, appeared in four television specials and collaborated with Kenny Loggins, Michael W. Smith, Carly Simon and many more. His compositions include chart-toppers “Valentine” and “The Gift” (both with Martina McBride), “Love of My Life,” and “Simple Things.” Brickman has received two Society of European Stage Authors & Composers (SESAC) “Songwriter of the Year” awards, a Canadian Country Music Award and a Gospel Music Association Dove Award. Brickman's compositions have been described by critics as “simple, rich, playful and beautiful” and his “On a Winter's Night” concert as “in a genre all its own.” Don't miss your chance to experience this modern holiday classic in our own Creative Arts Center!
